(a) Recombinant survivin, a known H3T3-Phos-binding protein, is selectively labeled in vitro by probe 3 (1 μM) and the selective labeling of the recombinant survivin by probe 3 (1 μM) can be inhibited by H3T3-Phos peptide (20 μM).
