Expression of CD81 in LM929 cells during cell culture. Number of cells in a 6-well plate at the time of RNA isolation are also illustrated (line). B) Cell surface expression of CD81 on LM929 cells, 2ASD1.10 and 2BSD1.10 cells. CD81 was detected by flow cytometry. One representative experiment of two independent experiments with similar outcomes is shown. A negative value indicates that the level of CD81 expression decreased relative to the starting levels.
