(c) The amount of double positive cells with MPO and DAPI in the ischemic boundary was recorded as the percentage of MPO positive cells in all cells. The difference was significant, as compared with HBO2ds group and HBO3wks group ( *P < 0.05). The difference was more significant, as compared with MCAO3wks group and HBO3wks group ( ***P < 0.001).
