(a) Abdominal contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed a pseudoaneurysm measuring 80 × 72 mm on the ventral side of the pancreatic head. (b) Three-dimensional computed tomography showed that the aneurysm arose from a branch of the common hepatic artery. (c) A celiac axis angiogram confirmed that the pseudoaneurysm arose from the common hepatic artery and showed that the irregular lumen of the common hepatic artery was filled with the intramural thrombus.
