Splenocytes from mice injected with PBS and incomplete Freund's adjuvant (IFA) were used as negative controls. The stimulation index (SI) was calculated by the OD₄₉₀ values of the experimental group divided by those of the controls. The results are expressed as mean±SD, and all experiments were repeated three times, ^**P < 0.001.
