HaCaT cells were transfected with miR-141 inhibitors and treated with 30 mJ/cm2 UVB. PTEN, p-AKT and Bcl-xL expression were assessed by Western blotting 24 h after UVB irradiation. Equal amounts of total cellular protein were resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE, and β-actin was used as an internal control.
