Figure 2. — The effect of elastase B on immune hemolymph extract of Galleria mellonella larvae in vitro. Samples containing immune hemolymph extract (20 µg of protein) and purified elastase B (0.05 µg (lane 2), 0.1 µg (lane 3), 0.2 µg (lane 4)) were incubated at 37 °C for 60 min.
