The Bottom panel shows the topology of the TBP domain of RNase HIII. The β-strands in all structures are represented as light arrows, whereas the α-helices are represented as dark rectangles. Strands B2 and B6′, which are present in only a subset of the structures, have a dotted outline. The N-terminal ends of the domains are represented as triangles, and C-terminal ends are represented as diamonds.
