TGFβ alters the pattern of E-cad and F-actin in NMuMG cell lines and primary keratinocytes. Wild type (EV), sh-AhR, and CA-AhR NMuMG cell lines (A) or primary AhR+/+ and AhR−/− keratinocytes (B) were left untreated (control) or treated with TGFβ for 48 h, and the expression patterns of E-cad and F-actin were analyzed by confocal microscopy.
