Effect of doubling dilutions of NVP-AEW541 (A), PI3K inhibitor (B) and MAPK inhibitor (C), on the growth of human pancreatic cancer cell lines. Tumour cells were grown in the presence of doubling dilutions of the agents or medium alone until control cells (no treatment) were confluent.
