The data are presented as the fraction of the total number of animals in each experimental group that were unable to perform the test after acute or repeated (14 days) treatments. TW: vehicle; DZP: diazepam; OE: C. aurantium essential oil; BUSP: buspirone; FLU: flumazenil; WAY: WAY100635. The doses are presented in mg/kg. The differences were compared in relation to the TW group using Fisher’s exact test.
