Reference category for dependent variable was group A (high satisfaction-low burden).

Age, interest in being a volunteer, self-rated health, motivation at the end of the HPV training course, climate of the HPV organization, social support from colleagues, social support from community members, the relationship with the head of the neighborhood association, and affiliations (city) were adjusted for in the model.
