Nine-day-old Arabidopsis seedlings of GhGalT1 transgenic lines, wild type and mutants growing on 1/2 MS with 75 mM D-arabinose (AC) and 75 mM D-galactose (D–F), respectively. WT: wild type; GhGalT1oe-L1 and -L5: GhGalT1 overexpression transgenic line 1 and 5; SALK 043252 and SALK 015338: two T-DNA insertion mutants. The assays were repeated three times along with three independent repetitions of the biological experiments.
