Balb/c mice were immunized with pcD-VP1 along with different cytokine adjuvants intramuscularly in a prime-boost fashion as indicated on the x-axis. Serum samples were collected and diluted for detection by ELISA on day 7 after the boost. VP1 antigen at 2 μg/ml was coated on each well in 96-well plate. The OD values of IgG2a and IgG1 (diluted by 50 folds) were read under wavelength of 450nm.
