Kaempferol, apigenin and naringenin, dose-dependently activate PRE-luciferase and can be antagonized by the PR antagonist, RU486. T47D cells were transiently transfected with PRE-luciferase and treated with increasing concentrations of pure compounds with and without PR antagonist (1 μM RU486). Results are the means of three independent experiments ± SEM. Significant differences from the control DMSO value were determined by the unpaired two-sample student t-test. *p<0.05.
