Toxicities noted in <6% of patients included: grade 4 leukopenia, grade 4 neutropenia, grade 4 anemia, grade 4 thrombocytopenia, grade 3 thrombocytopenia, grade 3 fall, grade 3 weakness, grade 3 diarrhea, grade 3 hypercalcemia, grade 3 amylase elevation, grade 3 lipase elevation, grade 3 rash, grade 3 pain, grade 3 hypertension, grade 3 digitalis toxicity, grade 3 acute kidney injury, grade 3 atrial fibrillation, and grade 3 mental status changes.
The toxicities noted above are not mutually exclusive. A single patient could have experienced more than one specific toxicity. The hospitalizations noted above are for chemotherapy-associated toxicity.
