Th17 cytokines enhance eosinophil production and release of pro-fibrotic cytokines. Levels of TGF-β (A) and IL-11 (B) in the supernatant of stimulated eosinophils (1×106 cells/0.5 ml) were determined 24 hrs following Th17 cytokine stimulation (0-100 ng/ml) using ELISA assay.
