(A) HEK293 cells were transfected with siRNA-p47phox or siRNA–control for 24 hours, and then transfected with the indicated plasmids for another 48 hours. Before harvested, the cells were treated with 50 nM PMA for 30 min. After labeled with DCF-DA, cellular ROS generation was detected using flow cytometry. (B) The expression of the transfected plasmids was confirmed by western blot analysis using indicated antobodies. The results are mean ± S.E. of three different experiments (**p<0.01 vs. control).
