Decreased bacterial translocation to mesenteric lymph 24 hours following antibody treatment in mice exposed to ethanol and burn injury. Mesenteric lymph nodes were isolated from antibody-treated mice (A) and knockout mice (B) at 24 hours following insult. Lymph nodes were homogenized and plated on tryptic soy agar plates. Colonies were counted the next day and normalized on the total number of lymph nodes removed from each mouse.
