Allostimulatory capacity of DCs from CF mice. DCs from CF and WT mice were cocultured with allogeneic T cells purified from spleens of BALB/c mice labeled with carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester at ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for 5 days. The proliferation index (mean fluorescence intensity of proliferated cells to nonproliferated cells) was determined by flow cytometry.
