HIV-1 inoculated SupT1 T cells were mock treated, treated with TNFα (50 ng/ml) or co-cultured with DCs (ratio DC∶SupT1 cell 1∶3) in the latency assay. The results presented are the mean values (± sem) that were obtained from two independent experiments with two donors and each experiment was done in triplicate (n = 6).
