Primary keratinocytes were stimulated with various cytokines (40 ng/ml) or cytokine combinations (each 20 ng/ml) for 18 h. Gene expression of hBD-2 (A), hBD-3 (B), psoriasin (C) and RNase 7 (D) was analyzed by real-time PCR. Data are means ± SD (n = 3). Statistical analyses were done by one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s test (*p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001, ns = not significant).
