Edelfosine sensitivity at various external pH conditions. The yeast strain PMA1-DAmP and its isogenic wild type were grown to log phase in defined medium, pH 5.2, and then serially diluted in plates containing the indicated concentrations of edelfosine at different external pH values of 3, 5, or 7.5.
