Dot-ELISA showing specificity of anti-AF11 antibody. At a dilution of 1:13 000, the anti-AF11 antibody showed robust staining for AF11 and no cross-reactivity with BSA or the other peptides (AF1–10, 13–39, and 41). Top rows indicate AF peptide number (see Supporting Information Table S1 for sequences). Peptides were spotted at 5 μg/mL (middle rows) and 1 μg/mL (bottom rows) in 1 mg/mL BSA.
