Effects of andrographolide on antioxidant gene expression. Total RNA was extracted from BEAS-2B cells treated with 2% CSE in the presence and absence of 30 μM andrographolide for 12 and 24 h, and gene expression was quantified using real-time PCR and normalized to 18S control gene.
