L3.6pl cells (1 × 106) were injected into the pancreas of nude mice. Groups of mice were treated with i.p injections of saline (control) or CONP (15 μM or 0.01 mg/kg) twice weekly for 6 weeks. Sub-groups of mice also received fractionated RT (5 Gy) three times per week (total 30 Gy) during weeks 3 and 4. All mice were sacrificed on day 56. Tumor weight and volume analysis were performed as described in methods.
