The binding affinity of the polyclonal anti-glucanase antibody at a dilution of 1:5000 was determined against five-log dilutions of Arthrobacter lyticase. Note that this polyclonal antibody can detect β-glucanase in as little as 0.05 U/μl of Arthrobacter lyticase. Each point represents the mean with standard error bars of triplicate samples. Experiments were performed at least twice.
