Neonatal sertraline exposure increases adult heart rates and activity level, but not temperature or blood pressure. Radiotelemetry was utilized to monitor control mice (black circles, N=29 mice from 17 litters) and sertraline-exposed mice (white circles, N=17 mice and 12 litters). Hourly averages are shown for the dark cycle (1800–0600, left side of x-axis) and light cycle (0600–1700, right side of x-axis). Sertraline exposure increased adult heart rates (a). There were no differences in mean blood pressure (b) or temperature (c) between sertraline-exposed mice and controls. Sertraline exposed mice had increased activity levels (d).
