Full Model: adjusted for smoking during pregnancy, maternal height, parity, BMI, maternal age, ethnicity, maternal distress (in ABCD study only) and hypertension (in ABCD study only).
For all analyses on SGA, parity was excluded, because SGA is corrected for parity by definition.
