EIC of representative mixed disulfide conjugates of clopidogrel. The mixed disulfide conjugates were produced in 0.2 ml of 50 mM KPi buffer (pH 7.4) containing 1 mg/ml HLMs, 0.1 mM 2-oxoclopidogrel, various thiol reductants, and the NADPH-regenerating system at 37°C for 30 minutes. MS analyses were performed as described in Materials and Methods.
