Relative amounts of the AM and thiol conjugates of clopidogrel produced by HLMs. The AM and conjugates were produced in 0.2 ml of 50 mM KPi (pH 7.4) as described in Fig. 2. For these analyses, 50 pmol of (S)-clopidogrel was spiked into each sample as the IS. Both the AM and the thiol conjugates were analyzed using LC-MS/MS in the dependent scan mode as described in Materials and Methods.
