Metabolism of arachidonic acid (AA) and linoleic acid (LA) by recombinant mouse CYP2J enzymes

Total metabolic rates, percentage of epoxygenase, and percentage of hydroxylase metabolites formed during incubations of recombinant mouse CYP2J isoforms with AA and LA were quantified by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (as described under Materials and Methods). Data for human CYP2J2 are shown for comparison.
