Knocking down DYNC1H1 or disrupting astral MTs leads to enhanced cortical localization of LGN. (A) MDCK cells were transfected with plasmids expressing control shRNA (control) or shRNAs targeting DYNC1H1 (shRNA1 and shRNA2).
