Cells lacking Nup100 GLFG domains have reduced Crz1-GFP export kinetics as compared to wild type control cells. Export assays were performed on wild type (-●-), msn5Δ (-○-), nup100Δ (-▼-), and nup100ΔGLFG (-△-) cells as described for Figure 2A. Data points represent the mean percent of cells with nuclear Crz1-GFP localization following incubation in FK506 for the amount of time indicated, based on a minimum of three assays.
