Effects of rivaroxaban on the left atrial (LA) action potential (AP) and contractility. An example and average data (n = 7) show that rivaroxaban (10, 30, 100, and 300 nM) concentration-dependently shortened AP durations (APD20, APD50, and APD90) of LA.
