SDS-PAGE analysis of purified NS1. Expression of NS1 by E. coli BL21(DE3) harboring pET-28a-NS1 was induced by 1 mmol/L IPTG. The cells were harvested, and soluble fraction of the lysate was subjected to protein purification via Novagen Ni–NTA His-bind Resins and the purified protein was analyzed by SDS-PAGE.
