(A) Collagen 1A1 mRNA expression levels were determined from one of two endometriotic implants in each animal (Klf11-/- and wildtype). Col1a1 mRNA expression levels were increased 7.55±0.48 fold (p<0.05) in implants from Klf11-/- animals compared to wildtype.
