The viability of primary hippocampal cells after 6–24 h of culture with 10 uM aggregated Aß protein was examined. The effect of adding culture supernatant from Aß mAb - expressing AAV vector transduced cells was also examined by MTT assay. Data represent the results of 5–8 independently analyzed samples and are presented as mean ± SE.
