Rat microglia pretreated with vehicle, 2 μm butaprost, 17-phenyl trinor PGE2, sulprostone,100 nm CAY 10598, 50 μm forskolin, or 1 μm PGE2 for 30 min were incubated with 10 ng/ml LPS/IFN-γ (L/I) for 2 h.
