Binding and dissociation kinetics for F1(−δϵ) and sensor-bound biotinylated ϵ, with or without ϵCTD. Biotinylated Bap-ϵ (wild type or ϵ88stop, as noted) was loaded onto streptavidin biosensors. At time 0, each sensor was transferred from buffer alone to a sample containing 15 nm F1(−δϵ). After 900 s (vertical dashed line), each sensor was moved into buffer without F1(−δϵ).
