Data are representative of at least three independent experiments. c) Three million purified pre-μDCs, sorted from peripheral lymphoid tissues from Flt3L-treated B6.CD45.2 mice, were transferred intravenously into B6.CD45.1 recipients. Tissues were harvested on day 3 after transfer and donor-derived cells were quantified. Data are presented as the percentage of total CD11c+ host cells.
