LY249002 treatment at the indicated dose was used as a positive control, duration being same. All images were taken at × 200 magnification using inverted microscope. Cells treated with DMSO served as experimental control. (b) In vitro Scratch Assay, to delineate the effect of CK2 inhibition upon cell migration.
