Oxidation of LDL (0.1 g/L apoB) in the presence of increasing HDL concentration (0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 g/L apoA-I). Oxidation was performed at 37°C using 2.5 μM CuSO4 with PBS-dialyzed lipoproteins. Kinetics shows LDL alone or LDL+HDL, after subtraction of initial absorbance.
