Effect of β-elemene on Fas and FasL protein expression in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were treated with various concentrations of β-elemene (10, 20 and 40 μg/mL) for 48 h. The protein expression of Fas and FasL were determined by Western blot analysis. A: blank control group; B: 10 μg/mL β-elemene group; C: 20 μg/mL β-elemene group; D: 40 μg/mL β-elemene group.
