Mice were nasally immunized weekly for three consecutive weeks with OVA plus Ad-FL.

One week after the last immunization, mononuclear cells from NALT, CLNs, NPs, SMGs and spleen were stained with a combination of the respective mAbs and subjected to flow cytometry analysis by FACSCalibur®.

Mononuclear cells were stained with PE- labeled anti-CD11c mAb.

Mononuclear cells were stained with FITC-conjugated anti-CD11b, PE-labeled anti-CD11c, allophycocyanin-tagged anti-B220 and biotinylated anti-CD8 mAbs followed by PerCP-Cy5.5-streptavidin.

The values shown are the mean ± SEM of five independent experiments. Each experimental group consisted of five mice.
