WT and CD14^−/− mice were immunized with LPS plus OVA or LPS-OVA-liposomes (10 µg each per mouse, intravenous), and boosted after 2 weeks. After a further 2 weeks, sera were harvested and OVA-specific IgG levels were determined by ELISA. Data are averages of two independent experiments. n = 5−8 animals per group.
