Effects of BMP-7 on thymidine incorporation in G-402 (●) and A-549 (■) in culture. Cell cultures were treated with different concentrations of BMP-7 for 18 h and 6 additional hour in the presence of [³H]thymidine. Level of radioactivity incorporated into TCA insoluble materials was measured and normalized to the vehicle-treated control experiment. Values represent mean±SD of 4 independent determinations.
