RNA and protein expression for each of 7 receptors is confirmed in megakaryocytes (MKs). Umbilical cord blood (UCB) CD34+ cells were cultured with interleukin (IL)3, IL6, stem cell factor (SCF), and thrombopoietin (TPO).
