A. GluD1 KO (n = 16) and WT mice (n = 9) were tested in the Y-maze. GluD1 KO were found to show significantly higher percent alternation compared to WT mice (P = 0.0348) suggesting enhanced working memory in GluD1 KO. B. GluD1 KO mice (n = 10) behaved similar to WT mice (n = 10) in the object recognition test for reference memory (P = 0.1975). Data are presented as mean ± SEM. * represents P< 0.05.
