Parameterization of in vivo sirolimus elution kinetics

Initial drug content Mstent(0) was evaluated in unimplanted balloon expanded DES from the same lots that were used in vivo. All other parameter values were estimated by fitting in vivo elution curves (Fig. 2A) to Eq. (1) using GraphPad Prism 3.02. Standard errors are reported in parenthesis.
